What You’ll Need
First, you’ll need the following:
- long matches, such as those used for fireplaces
- a beeswax candle
- high-frequency music
- a few scented incense sticks
- tweezers
While this list may seem odd at first glance, keep in mind that this practice is actually quite similar to meditation. Your open and willing mind, and, hopefully, additional support from the elements, is all it needs.
While you can burn a wax candle, many people prefer beeswax because when it burns, it vibrates at the same frequency as your spine and brain.
High-frequency music can be a violin, Tibetan bowls or bells recorded on a recording device, or any other meditation music that you normally listen to.

1. Prepare Your Mind

2. Visualize The Event
Once you feel calm and relaxed, take one of the long matches and the tweezers and hold them in your right hand. Make sure you have the tweezers by the brimstone at the top of the match. You should allow your subconscious to visualize the event in your life that is really holding you back at this time.
Keep in mind that you may see people and/or events you no longer think about. It’s also likely that you will feel different emotions. There’s no need to be afraid. There is nothing wrong if your subconscious shows you a loved one, a friend, or a family member. Give your subconscious mind the freedom to do what you need it to without interfering.
3. Establish a connection
The next step is to focus your imagination on relating the event you’re visualizing, or the stress your subconscious is showing you, to the match you held in your tweezers. Then, the part without the brimstone can be lit with a match.
As it’s burning, imagine the stress or the event itself going up in flames. You shouldn’t concentrate on the match burning, but rather the event you are working on burning away.
In essence, you are burning away this stress. By doing so, you are making your subconscious stop considering it an important event. That lesson in life is now being burned into your subconscious.
During this process, you may experience tingling or warmth in different parts of your body. Perhaps you may even become emotional and start to cry. Everything you’re experiencing is normal, so don’t judge it.
Multiple matches may be needed for very powerful stress. Don’t forget that you can use as many matches as you want for a stress. After you’ve completed the task you’re working on, light a final match and imagine how you would have acted if you experienced it today, with the wisdom you now possess.
After you have completed the process, you can repeat it for the next stress, but try to keep the sessions under an hour. For the best results, always allow your subconscious to lead instead of following your logic.
