Let’s be honest: breaking up stinks. It’s a terrible experience that makes you doubt your worth, your prospective future, and everything! It utterly disrupts your future goals and can leave you in a terrible place.

Breaking up is sometimes necessary. In certain cases, though, the breakup was the wrong decision. You were destined to be together, and you’ll both be happier in the long term.

If this describes you, it’s time to get your ex back.

This is the reason The Ex Factor exists.

The Ex Factor is a digital software that can help you get your ex back.

But how does it really work? Is it as effective as they say?

I read the book cover to cover (2023 update), and in my complete The Ex Factor review down below, I’ll offer you my honest, unbiased judgment on whether it’s worth purchasing.

So, let’s dive into it.

What exactly is the Ex Factor? (& how it works)

The Ex Factor Guide 2023 Edition Update

Brad Browning’s The Ex Factor is a dating method that teaches you how to win back your ex-girlfriend or boyfriend.

It’s divided into two programs: one for women trying to reclaim an ex-boyfriend and one for men looking to reclaim an ex-girlfriend. There are no classes available for same-sex couples.

The Ex Factor is based on a PDF e-book that is just shy of 200 pages long. It has about a dozen chapters of step-by-step instructions on how to create a strategy to win back your ex.

This book is supplemented with a video series and an audiobook version of the PDF. Beyond that, you can purchase an enhanced edition, which includes a collection of extra audiobooks and films focused on certain aspects of relationships, such as preventing breakups or understanding the science behind why people cheat.

The most important thing to remember is that everything is done online. Videos, e-books, and everything else. It is an entirely online program to which you must pay for access.

Who exactly is Brad Browning?

Brad Browning is a divorce and breakup coach.

His profession revolves around assisting people through breakups and relationship reconciliation. He has a prominent YouTube channel with about 500,000 subscribers where he gives tips on how to keep and improve love relationships.

For what it’s worth, he also mentions his shoe size on his “about me” page. He also claims to be (happily) married.

Brad is the real deal when it comes to relationship advice, particularly how to win back your ex.

Who is The Ex Factor aimed at?

The Ex Factor is for a very specific person: a man or woman who has broken up with someone and believes the breakup was unintentional.

This is a book that outlines a sequence of psychological, flirtatious, and (some would argue) devious tactics that a person might take to win back their ex.

It’s not a book for people who want to utilize a breakup to become more self-actualized. It’s not a book for people who want to figure out how their ex is holding them back. Also, it’s not a book that may be used for couple’s counseling.

It’s a book with a single goal: to help you win back your ex.

This is the book for you if you’ve been dumped and want to take precise actions to make your ex think “hey, that person is truly fantastic, and I made a mistake.”

The crux of this program is getting your ex to admit, “I made a major mistake.”

Taking a closer look at The Ex Factor

The majority of the training is based on the book The Ex Factor. I was granted access to the women’s guide while reviewing The Ex Factor.

So, how is the guide?

The first section of the guide goes over the reasons for breakups. The explanations stated are quite startling, such as “you’re too controlling, you’re not attractive enough, etc.”

None of the mentioned reasons were “you’re not compatible,” “he wants kids and you don’t,” or any of the dozens of other reasonable reasons why people break up.

The format of The Ex Factor could be described as “tough love.” You’re not entertaining enough. You nag a lot.

And it’s usually true – if someone broke up with you, it’s because they weren’t completely satisfied with you.

The novel makes extensive use of generalizations and stereotypes, yet generalizations are generalizations for a reason. This is to say that Brad gives counsel like “guys like sports.” And the majority of us do.

So, I’ll argue that The Ex Factor leans largely on frank, sexually oriented counsel.

For example, Brad’s chapter on “what is appealing” begins with “being feminine.” This is frequently true; males find feminine attractive. This is a biologically effective strategy.

But don’t expect much individualization; The Ex Factor isn’t about that.

What exactly is The Ex Factor about?

So The Ex Factor begins (over the course of about 15 chapters) with:

  • What men (or women) find appealing
  • What they do not find attractive
  • The No Contact Rule * Dating other people for jealousy
  • How to seduce your ex again
  • How to Re-Initiate Sex
  • How to Avoid a Breakup

The Ex Factor hinges around the “no contact rule,” a 30-day “Do Not Contact” period during which you, the breakupee, are not to initiate any contact.

Essentially, this restriction is for your safety. It helps you reset your brain, assess whether you really want to win back your ex, and boost your self-esteem.

It prevents your ex from returning to you during the breakup and treating you as an emotional crutch to be discarded when no longer required.

Breakups are vulnerable times, and it’s tempting to react emotionally to the first text from your ex. The Ex Factor, on the other hand, regards the “Do Not Contact for The Next 30 days” as sacred.

The Ex Factor then explains how you can reply to or establish communication. It concentrates on creating non-date “dates” in which you employ a variety of psychological and physical techniques to convince your ex that you’re not needy while also showing to him that you’re a pretty wonderful catch.

It then moves on to how to secure the partnership. Before you officially get back together, make sure there is no sex and that your ex is not using you as a sexual outlet.

It also addresses a few “worst-case scenarios,” such as your ex never responding to your overtures.

Aside from that, the audiobook is just an audio rendition of the text. The videos discuss specific situations and breakup recommendations, but the e-book is the core component of The Ex Factor.

What is the cost?

The cost is $47. It’s a one-time fee for lifetime access to the e-book, audiobook, and supplementary materials.

Is The Ex Factor worthwhile?

If you want your ex back and want to use certain techniques to get her back, then sure, this book is worth it.

This is not the book for you if you want to know why you split up, how to develop yourself as a person, or how to appreciate how awesome you are.

And that’s fine. A novel that strives to be too many things will fail miserably.

This is a book for people who wish to get their ex back. And I believe it will be a highly effective tool for doing so.

Pros

It’s a single payment

The first advantage is that this is a one-time fee. Many of these coaching programs only provide access for a limited time. It’s not The X Factor. The Ex Factor is only 47 dollars, and you’re set for life.

This is wonderful since it guarantees that it will work — you get a 60-day money-back guarantee.

$47 isn’t exactly pennies. However, if you still love your ex and want to get them back, it’s a no-brainer purchase.

Simple, guided instructions

The instructions are straightforward. It gives you straightforward recommendations that you may readily implement. It is also not costly to install. You do not need to purchase any further components after purchasing this book.

Real-life instances

Brad offers letters from real people to Brad that answer particular breakup questions. He then provides responses on how to deal with those scenarios.

It’s a lovely finishing touch.

There is also an audio version.

This is a fantastic alternative. The e-book is a PDF that can be read on a variety of devices. However, if you want to listen to it on the road, the other audiobook version is a terrific option.

Brad is straightforward.

The Ex Factor isn’t afraid to be upfront about what men and women are attracted to. While it does not allow for deviation from the main norms, it recognizes the fact that physical attraction and general wooing are valuable factors in a partnership.

The book promotes a divorcee to use pre-dating seduction methods.

The Ex Factor does not enable you to wallow.

This book is fantastic since it provides active solutions. Breakups are difficult, and it’s important to have a goal when you’re feeling down.

Cons

Any The Ex Factor review would be dishonest if it did not call out the book’s flaws. Here they are.

Tricks and strategies

I like The Ex Factor because I believe it works. However, I was quite disappointed by this: the advise is mostly based on gimmicks and tactics for getting your ex back. It’s not about determining compatibility with your ex.

This is not to say that the tricks and tactics presented by Brad in The Ex Factor will not be effective. Many of them I found myself agreeing with.

It’s just a shame that the book views a relationship as the goal rather than a condition of being that requires nurturing.

Negging

Here’s an example of one of Brad’s tricks.

As a dating approach, he advocates negging. As in “backhanded compliments,” which will increase your ex’s attraction to you.

This may work, but it’s not very pleasant.

Brad claims that negging is a fun and flirtatious way to get your ex back. I just don’t care for it.

My conclusion

The Ex Factor is a specialized product. It is not a how-to guide for getting over an ex, surviving a breakup, learning how to date, or anything else.

It’s a how-to guide on getting your ex back. And a good one at that.

There aren’t many programs that operate in the “getting your ex back” sector, so if you want to win your ex back and are committed to doing so, this is the program for you.

Brad’s practical, step-by-step counsel is designed with one purpose in mind: getting your ex back. If you take those steps exactly, you have a very good probability of rekindling the relationship.

The Ex Factor employs certain dubious approaches and claims that there is a one-size-fits-all approach to attraction, breakups, and relationships.

However, if your relationship fits inside Brad’s boundaries, you should have a lot of success with this approach.

If you’re looking for a guide that will give you explicit advice on how to make your ex desire you back, The Ex Factor is the book for you.
